Info4-u Community Based CRM Newsletters
In 2004 Blue Sky undertook a project to develop a community customer relationship management (CRM) system for the tourism industry in Wales based on a community newsletter system. The project was sponsored by the Tourism Partnership for North Wales and the Welsh Tourist Board and was developed over a period on 9 months.
Unlike all other newsletter systems available, Info4-u offers the ability to share articles between members of the tourism community and therefore present your article to potentially thousands more subscribers than would otherwise have been possible.
The entire Info4-u system was developed using Blue Sky's own Content Management System allowing us to concentrate on the tasks of providing a user friendly interface and powerful newsletter system.
Today Info4-u is available to the tourist industry throughout Wales as a free tool for maintaining contact with guests and promoting the Welsh tourist industry.
